Hey, no one’s saying English is easy, especially to *foreing* speakers…but yeah, definitely the nadir of grammatically accurate signage. 
How about: “Albany Park, where the brown line ends and discount shoes begin”
Or: “Albany Park: more Korean dentists than Seoul?”
